Excalibur Entertainment was founded in 2008. We, Brent & Amy, were married in 2007. We had a bad experience with a DJ, who didn't "feel well" that night. Our songs were played incorrectly. An example is playing the father /daughter dance for the bridal party dance. Brent made an announcement to our guests and played it off. The rest of the night, Brent DJ'd the rest of the reception to make sure it went right. After experiencing this, we decided to start Excalibur Entertainment. We strive to make every reception or any event the best, a-worry-free, fun, and memorable night for all who atrend.
Brent Myers has loved listening to music of all styles his whole life.
As a teenager, he always loved to buy equipment and check out anything that had to do with music. From the age of 16, Brent started to DJ weddings and partys for family and close friends. In 2006, he was introduced to the world of Karaoke. He started as a DJ and Karaoke host for another DJ company. Then in 2008, Excalibur Entertainmnet was born. Brent loves to listen to all styles of music and is very knowledgable of many aspects of the music industry. He love interacting with the crowd and making sure everyone at an event is having fun.
Amy Myers likes to be "a behind the scenes partner". She likes to assist Brent set-up, tear-down, and help run the equipment at the shows. Amy also works in the office doing all the paperwork and getting everything ready for individual events. Amy has always loved listening to all varietyies of music and is very aware of many, many genres of music
