Excalibur Timeline

Excalibur Entertainment wants to make sure all your needs are met. And at the same time, we need information from you to make sure your reception is grand. We would like the Queen Bride and King Groom to decide as much as possible in choosing the music to be played. Everything from the prelude music to bridal dances, dance songs to songs that you don’t want played, Excalibur is at your service. Here is a timeline of how Excalibur works to make sure all your desires are met.

The first thing that will happen is the first communication. Either you call or e-mail us. We talk to you and set a up a meeting for a consultation.

The consultation is a meet in person. Excalibur Entertainment and you will sit down to talk about your wedding. We talk about what Excalibur will do for you and what you need at your wedding, The date, time, and location. The songs needed and the songs you may not want played at your reception. We will go over the contract and any questions you have for us.

Once Excalibur is hired, the contract must be signed. A deposit is also necessary to secure your date.

As your wedding approaches, we will help you with any songs we needed an any questions you have. Songs that Excalibur needs, like the bridal party songs, are needed two weeks prior to the wedding date.

We will make an itinerary of your wedding. What kind of prelude and dinner music, bridal party songs, dances, and songs not to be played. Also included is all the names to by announced for the Bridal party introduction. A copy will be sent to you for approval. If you would like to make any requests after the approval, just call us and tell us an changes or requests you want made.

Then comes you’re wedding day. Excalibur will be at your reception site at least an hour before your guests arrive to set up. Everything will be set up and music will be playing when your first guests comes to the reception. Once the bridal party arrives, the reception will begin. Excalibur will stay as long as the time we discussed or longer if you decide to have us longer. Once Excalibur’s time is done, we will pack up and leave.
